Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

This position is supported by a collaborative clinical team in a flexible schedule, local travel, and opportunities for career growth. A current RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
