Tellos is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver 1:1 therapy to clients in their homes, collecting data and supporting skill development to improve quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification or equivalently strong behavior technician credentials.
• At least 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.

Aufgaben

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
