Beyond Autism Services is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and clinics, under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and learn techniques to support children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one ABA therapeutic services to clients in homes, schools and clinics.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts how to provide therapy and support families.
• Implement acquisition and behavior reduction plans created by BCBA's.
• Teach communication, social, self-help and play skills using ABA principles.
• Engage with clients to help them reach their highest potential.
• Accurately record treatment data.
• Ensure client safety and confidentiality of all information.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Beyond team.
