Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics. You will support clients, teach communication and daily living skills, and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement. Even if not yet certified, we provide support to prepare for the RBT exam as required by the BACB.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
