Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver effective, compassionate care and contribute to children's daily living skills.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, even without prior certification. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in your role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Prior experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Physically able to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.

Skills

Experience working with children
