Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children receiving ABA therapy, supervised by a BCBA to ensure effective programming. You will contribute to developing communication, social, and daily living skills across clinic and community settings.

This role offers paid training, 1:1 client contact, and a team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement, including supervision toward board certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training course and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Electronic data collection and daily notes; upload to relevant databases.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day.
