Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work 1:1 with children receiving ABA therapy, under supervision of a BCBA, in centers and community settings, with a collaborative team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Electronic data collection as it relates to programming developed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes following each session and upload them into relevant databases.
• Maintain open lines of communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day.
