At Channel ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Frederick County, MD. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and community settings
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, working one-on-one with clients
Maintain accurate and timely data collection and reporting
Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Provide ongoing support and supervision to clients and families
Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
High school diploma (bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
One year minimum of working with individuals with autism, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges
Experience with online data collection programs preferred
Efficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in the field of ABA
Must submit to a federal and state background check
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run, or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to push, pull, lift, move, and carry up to 35 lbs
Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel up to 45 minutes
Current first aid and CPR certifications and willingness to complete background checks
Must have Afternoon/Evening availability
Competitive pay: $25-$32 per hour (based on experience and certification)
