Applied ABC Maryland seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA at our Autism Therapy Center in Maryland.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the supervising team. If you hold an RBT certificate and have at least one year of ABA experience, this is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

• Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC Maryland
