Job summary

Channel ABA in Maryland is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents in Washington County, MD.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• One year minimum experience working with individuals with autism, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges.
• Experience with online data collection programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ABA laws, regulations and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one with clients.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical team in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Adhere to safety and privacy guidelines and professional standards.
