Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Frederick, MD. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with morning shifts from 9:00am to 1:00pm, primarily in-home or in-school ABA therapy.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), and previous ABA experience. A background check is required, and reliable transportation is expected to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• Shifts: Morning 9:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
