Job summary

Channel ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and adolescents in PG County, MD. You will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering evidence-based ABA in homes, schools, and community settings.

Competitive pay with $25-$32 per hour, paid training and supervision, mileage reimbursement and paid drive time, PTO, and flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time).

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• One year minimum experience with individuals with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Deliver assent-based, compassionate ABA to improve communication and daily living skills.

About the Position

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in PG County, MD.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BehaviorAnalyst CertificationBoard.
