Job summary

Actify ABA in Frederick, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with in-home or in-school ABA therapy.

You will provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families to maximize progress. This part-time role offers morning shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities for training and certification assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 20 hours/week
• Shifts: Morning 9:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday
• Location: Frederick, MD 21702
