Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement individualized plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with the team in home, school, and in-person settings.

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to 25% are required. Competitive pay: $23-$28 per hour, flexible hours, benefits including health, dental, and paid

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
