Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with ASD. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, following individualized plans under supervision, with strong opportunities for growth and professional development.

Candidate must have RBT certification, experience with autism, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday through Friday with some

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
