Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision. Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; background check required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute and be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.
