Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy for children with autism in home and school environments. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and coordinate with the supervising BCBA.

The position offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team to help you achieve your career goals. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Reliability and ability to commute to multiple locations with own vehicle.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or in-person settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors; participate in staff trainings.
