Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, following plans created by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data, submit notes, and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.

The role requires experience with autism, strong communication, reliable transportation, and a valid state ID. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective written and verbal English communication.
Ability to communicate with families, coworkers and supervisors.
Must have a valid state ID and reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
Data collection and session note submission.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Have a vehicle to commute to locations and be prompt to appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
