Job summary
Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home settings. You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with a team led by a BCBA.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
- Able to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families
- Valid state ID
- Reliable transportation; must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
- Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA
- Data collection and session note submission
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations
- Other duties as assigned.
