Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work in Clayton and Garner, NC. The role involves delivering ABA interventions in natural environments, collecting and analyzing data, and coordinating with program staff to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40-hour course completed.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
