Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in Raleigh, NC, to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy services. As part of our team, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans and engage in collaborative practices to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required for RBTs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record accurate session data and complete progress notes.
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.
