Succeed ABA Therapy in North Carolina is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA interventions in natural environments. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team focused on growth and client outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and collaboration with program staff to ensure consistency across therapies. RBT certification or 40-hour course is required, with driving and background checks required for appointment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
