Action Behavior Centers in Cary, NC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support pediatric ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, assist children through play-based activities, and help maintain a safe treatment environment.

Starting 18+, with opportunities for paid RBT certification and growth into leadership roles within a supportive team culture. Full-time hours Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays; competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
