Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Prior experience with children in ABA therapy or special education is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within 90 days of employment if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress.
