Job summary

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician in Garner, NC, to provide meaningful 1:1 ABA therapy to children. The role requires implementing individualized behavior plans and supporting skill development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and caregivers.
• Experience working with children in childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or community setting.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document client progress.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule.
