Job summary

FAAST ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children in Anthem, AZ and North Peoria, AZ. You will partner with a BCBA to deliver ABA services, collect data, and support child progress.

The role offers weekday afternoons/evenings and some Saturdays, with competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, paid training opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and PTO/sick days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• 40-hour RBT training required.
• RBT certification preferred; obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavior intervention services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the BCBA.
• Attend regular team meetings to collaborate and share insights.

FAAST ABA is seeking a dedicated part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children develop new skills, achieve milestones, and foster independence.

Your Impact:

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and community

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in working with children, especially those with special needs
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR Certification required
• 40-Hour RBT Training required
• Must be willing to obtain RBT certification within first 30 days
• Must be willing to obtain Fingerprint Card

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
• Comfort sitting on the floor or standing for prolonged periods
