Job summary

FAAST ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home in Anthem, AZ and North Peoria, AZ. Pay is $20–$25 per hour with 15–30 hours per week, weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday shifts available.

You will work with a BCBA to deliver ABA services, collect data, and participate in supervision and team meetings. Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR certification, 40-hour RBT training, and the ability to obtain RBT

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification required.
• 40-Hour RBT Training required.
• Must obtain RBT certification within first 30 days.
• Must obtain Fingerprint Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and community.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the Behavior Analyst.

FAAST ABA is seeking a dedicated part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children develop new skills, achieve milestones, and foster independence.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
