Job summary

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting in Chickamauga, Georgia, is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in-home with children, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, follow intervention plans, and participate in supervision sessions.

We offer training to obtain RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and potential growth within the ABA field. This is an in-person role based in Chickamauga, GA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience working with children is preferred
• Passion for supporting children with special needs is required
• Active CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it

About The Role

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Chickamauga, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children
