Perfect Pair ABA in Chester, VA is excited to hire an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA protocols. You will collect data, document progress, and support clients in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
