Perfect Pair ABA, based in Reidsville, NC, is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across North Carolina. You will collect data, document progress notes, and collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and caregivers to support learning and skill development.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.




• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.




• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.




• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
