EzCare ABA, a compassionate autism therapy organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and patient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them develop the skills they need to thrive. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while enjoying a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $26-$34/hour

• Job Type: Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Afternoon & Early Evening

• Location: Virginia Beach Area

Requirements:
