Job summary

Solving Autism, LLC in Boone, NC is seeking caring individuals for Registered Behavior Technician roles. You will work one-on-one with learners aged 2-21, helping them gain independence through ABA therapy and data-driven instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.
• Be a team player with reliable transportation.
• Commit to role for at least six months.
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
• Complete RBT training (40 hours online) and pass the RBT exam.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with learners ages 2-21 to build skills and independence.
• Utilize positive reinforcement, natural environment teaching, and data collection.
• Participate in ongoing training and receive paid time for training and supervision.
• Demonstrate flexibility, multi-task, and maintain professional conduct.
• Duties align with Solving Autism, LLC's mission and approach to neurodivergent-affirming practices.
