Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years in play-based ABA therapy in Pineville, NC. You will follow individualized treatment plans, record simple data, and help children learn through engaging activities.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage for RBT certification are provided. Benefits include strong team support and growth opportunities within ABC clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. You must provide proof of your degree.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to be active during therapy sessions.
• Paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or related health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
