Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. Entry level pay is $21-$24 per hour, with higher rates for RBTs who have maintained certification for at least six months and pass a clinical interview conducted by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician preferred/required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
