Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring Mental Health/Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities throughout South County. Competitive pay is offered, with premium rates for certified staff.

Responsibilities include helping children build social/communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing plans created by Board Certified Behavior

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Experience or coursework in psychology, education, social work, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

Entry Level Pay Rate: $21 - $24 / per hour

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring Mental Health/Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities throughout South County. Competitive pay is offered, with premium rates available for RBTs who have maintained certification for at least six months and successfully pass a clinical interview conducted by a BCBA.

• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
