The role involves implementing behavior plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support client development and independence.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology/education/related fields or 1 year experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

• Must have RBT or BACB Certificate
