Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work directly with children and families while implementing individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We offer pay of $20–$26 per hour based on experience, flexible scheduling, ongoing training and supervision, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community‑based settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

• Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies

• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
