Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team. You will work under supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help children build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, carrying out behavior intervention strategies, and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Position Overview:
As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments

• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior

• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies

• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
