Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data on client progress, and support families while growing professionally through ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, not required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
