New Patterns ABA VA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress for clients.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is BACB RBT certified or pursuing, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills.

Job Summary:

New Patterns ABA VA, a leading provider of compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team.
