Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team. You will work under supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Position Overview

As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
