Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking caring, devoted RBTs to join our expanding team and help children and families. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration to develop behavior strategies. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are offered to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

New Patterns ABA is looking for caring, devoted, and dependable (Registered) Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team! This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Position Overview:

As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
