Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Florida is seeking caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to carry out individualized treatment plans in home, school, and community settings, providing one-on-one ABA therapy and data collection.

This role offers ongoing training, mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
