Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA and help families support progress.

We offer supportive supervision, professional development, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative clinic setting. Availability Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, with pay between $22.00 and $27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while coordinating with supervising clinicians.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour

Required Availability: (Monday - Friday), 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Service Setting: In - Clinic
