Our Child Therapy in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and implementing behavior-based treatment plans.

You will educate parents, conduct data collection, and collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type

Part-Time
Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

Work Location

In-Person / School Setting / In-Home - Hendersonville, NC

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children

• Ensure safety and quality care for clients
• Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources
• Maintain training materials and supplies
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Experience with children and strong people skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided)
