Our Child Therapy seeks a passionate Behavior Technician to join our Hendersonville, NC team. You’ll deliver ABA services to children, implement treatment plans, and educate families while collecting accurate session data.

In this part-time role, you’ll collaborate with the BCBA and Clinical Director, ensuring safety and high-quality care. Opportunities for growth, paid training, and supportive leadership accompany a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports.
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans.
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques.
• Ensure safety and quality care for clients.
• Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources.
• Maintain training materials and supplies.
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources.

Job Description:We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type:Part-Time
Salary:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
