New Patterns ABA in Florida is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to support children in ABA therapy. You will work under a BCBA to deliver one-on-one sessions across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes data collection, implementation of behavior plans, teamwork with families, and a compassionate, patient approach. Pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred, not required.
• Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental differences.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping others and eager to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA.)

About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children in reaching meaningful goals and developing important life skills. You’ll deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, ensuring progress and consistency in every session.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to clients based on established treatment plans

• Follow and implement behavior and skill‑building programs designed by a BCBA

• Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress

• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to support each client’s success

• Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for learning and growth
