Job summary

New Patterns ABA VA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism in home settings in Virginia. This part-time role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact a child’s development while enjoying a flexible schedule.

As an RBT, you will join a collaborative team, receive ongoing training and support, and have opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification with supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred).
• Active RBT Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with families.
