New Patterns ABA VA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a life-changing impact on a child's development while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

As an RBT, you will provide home-based ABA therapy, teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills, and receive ongoing training to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred).
• Active RBT Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families.
