Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. This role involves one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on client progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

What We’re Looking For:
